AUCTION BASKET! This is the last week to get donations for our basket in. I would prefer any donations be in by this Wednesday so I can put it all together, but if you will be making a donation later than that, just let me know. Thanks for all the help in making this a special auction piece!
If you would like to donate, here's what we could still use:
Chex Mix / Gummy Bears
Fruit Snacks / Granola Bars
Family Friendly Movies
Movie Tickets (family of 4)
Gift Card for movie theater (for concessions)
Thank you!!
Here is the example we are using for inspiration: (We have been donated the basket and popcorn tubs! And I was able to find the clapboard on Amazon, woo-hoo!)
Sunny-day reminders! It was such a delight to see the sun this last week! I wanted to let you know that students can bring sunscreen and keep it in their backpack. They must not share it (you may want to explain this at home too), and they will apply it themselves as needed. I will remind them on very sunny days that if they have it they should apply some. They can also wear sunglasses and hats at recess-time. Also, please send your kiddos with a water-bottle if you can. It makes water-breaks so much easier as there's no waiting in a fountain-line to get refreshed!
